Responsibilities This role will be accountable for the technical integration and implementation efforts in support of various internal and external technical solutions set to advance PepsiCos alternate delivery capabilities across North America. This role will work closely and collaboratively with internal, Cross Sector/Functional, PEP Associates (Program Engineers, Project Managers, and Developers) along with external software and logistics partners to ensure that the technical components required to integrate and operationalize each solution are understood, formally documented, aligned with all stakeholders, and are compliant with all PepsiCo regulatory standards/categories i.e., Global Controls, Information Security and Enterprise Architecture. Scope/Accountabilities: Lead implementation and integration efforts associated with all assigned Projects, Pilots and POVs Provide support to the exploration and advancement of multiple workstreams and their associated Projects, Pilots and POVs (new and existing) Collaboratively develop, outline, and communicate progress against critical paths/timelines (i.e., Gantt Charts) outlining key deliverables, milestones, and stakeholder requirements associated with each project or initiative Develop, implement, and/or enhance sustainable reporting & data solutions for internal and external needs relevant to each initiative Collaborate with PEP IT/Tech on process improvement through automation Operate with discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Skills: Advanced understanding of technical and process workflows and their potential upstream/downstream impact Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt style and influence audience Advanced capabilities with databases and similar tools to organize, analyze, manipulate, and validate very large datasets (from insight to action) Forward thinking with ability to remain agile in an ambiguous space Self-driven individual with a high degree of ownership and curiosity for learning & self-development Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining inclusive, collaborative and a consummate team player Qualifications BA/BS degree with 3+ years of supply chain, transportation, brokerage, or e-commerce supply chain experience At least 3 years of experience with technical development, integration, implementation, and enhancement Proven track record of getting results the right way Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or similar tools SAP, Tableau, Vizio and Power BI experience beneficial COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role.
