In the Pega, Technical Analyst position, you will support Cox Communications Enterprise Development and Operations (ED&O) Delivery Enablement organization.


The primary mission of ED&O Delivery Enablement is to provide business and technical value by delivering on Coxs brand promise, building for the future, providing predictability and visibility into the technology portfolio and roadmaps, leveraging tools and automation to develop processes and metrics, and supporting our evolving workforce as we keep pace with emerging technology.


ED&O Delivery Enablement team members deliver high value services to our business partners as a shared service organization. This model would enable you to be highly relevant when working within ED&O to drive various initiatives. You will have the opportunity to:

- Work with IT and business leaders to define the technologies that are needed to fuel technology and business efficiency and growth

- Develop IT capabilities that introduce differentiated performance and innovative ways of delivering technology

*Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:*

- Ability to understand and communicate complex business and technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences across departments

- Leverage automation and / or advanced Excel functions wherever possible to reduce manual reporting efforts throughout ED&O Delivery Enablement

- Understand existing suite of tools used at Cox (including Jira, PPM, Apptio, and other tools), what tools are available, and assist with roadmap creation and pilot execution

- Support ED&O communication channels (email, community pages, SharePoint) while consistently looking for ways to improve how we communicate with our employees

- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline process, increase efficiencies, and align across teams

- Participate in peer to peer knowledge sharing and technical sessions to help drive upskilling and learn best practices across the organization

- Support various workforce transformation initiatives designed to prepare our workforce for the future, including skills-based tutoring coordination and crowdsourced learning playlist curation

- Possess a clear understanding of architecture standards and a high-level understanding of the business

- Develop measurements and reports on key metrics

Qualifications: *Minimum:*

- Candidate must possess working knowledge of Pega case management framework.

- Candidate should be experienced in conducting DCO (Direct Capture of Objective) sessions with various stakeholders for rapid prototyping and requirements discovery.

- Candidate should be comfortable working with Pega lead solution architects in carving out a solution using Pegas OOTB capabilities


*Preferred: *

- A Bachelors Degree with emphasis in Liberal Arts, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, Operations Science and 1+ years of experience preferred in related field

- Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) on 8.x versions of Pega is preferred
