*Technology Process Management **** **PEGA Developer*

Tech Process Management is a diverse team responsible for development and maintenance of both Headquarters and Field branch office applications. Our team supports Headquarter Business Process Management, Low Code Solutions, and various tools. We provide internal Technology development teams with reusable components and services to support their own development efforts, and our Financial Advisors utilize the applications to communicate with clients as well as home office Operations and Service areas.

*What You'll Do *
* Duties include providing high-quality solutions by coding, testing, debugging, documenting and maintaining programs. Developing and modifying moderately complex systems involving most phases of systems analysis and programming
* Analyze, code, test and document programs and enhancements
* Provide program and system level estimates
* Conduct code reviews with other associates using Pull Requests in GitHib to ensure quality code
* Provide system support and participate in the teams on-call support rotation
* Responsible for working on JIRA stories and tasks to completion with each sprint, as part of an Agile delivery team that uses Scaled Agile Framework ( SAFe ).
* Ensure development of robust, scalable technical solutions with reusable components/common elements
* Create new documents or modify existing documentation, including but not limited to, status reports, proposals or presentations, system diagrams, maintenance or change related documentation
* Design, implement, manage, and participate on-going development to support PEGA product pipelines using JIRA or PEGA
* Support continuous integration, write code and scripts (ex. build & deployment), create CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure and workflow (ex. testing)
* Work as part of Product Delivery Team to code/integrate solutions of quality, standards and/or design patterns, within planned sprint timelines
* Partner with solution architect(s), Business Analysts to deliver to architecture compliance guidelines, security requirements, and design and development standards

*What you'll need...*
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field
* Open System development skills such as Java, JEE, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, REST, JSON, Junit, Thymeleaf, Kubernetes, Microservices, GIT, SQL, Shell Scripting, Javascript, HTML, HTML5 and XML are required
* Knowledge and experience with any of the following technologies is a plus:
* PEGA
* ServiceNow
* Salesforce
* React
* Kafka
* Splunk
* A minimum of five (5) years of Java development experience along with good analysis and trouble-shooting skills are preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical issues in business terms
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
* Ability to design, develop, test, document and implement quality software within targeted timeframes
* Experience or training in the AGILE project management methodology is a plus
* Persons requiring sponsorship for an employment visa are ineligible for this position
* Experience designing and developing process based solutions or BPM (business process management)
* Implement best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding
* Support end to end functional testing of BPM applications and UAT
