**ROLE SUMMARY**

Upon the quick developments and movements of China Pharma industry, the strategic value and future potentials of retail business have been recognized more and more clearly.

The retail business development director will achieve business goals through the construction of the entire retail channel, formulation and execution of retail strategies, and form a new business growth point for PBG. His/Her duty includes developing business insights, analyzing opportunities, promoting business transformation, building new capabilities, improving business efficiency, providing internal operational consulting services, and redesigning complex processes. By bringing strong influencing skill, business analysis, facilitation and effective project management practices, the Director will help to ensure the success of a broad variety of strategic initiatives and conversion of critical opportunities into real actions and platforms, lead the team to provide medium and long-term business development strategies and lead the execution process.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**



+ Pay close attention to retail channel dynamics and policies, gain an in-depth understanding of national and regional businesses, use business knowledge and analysis, management optimization, process improvement, metrics and tools to analyze problems and provide solutions.

+ Formulate strategy, develop platform and lead the team to execute efficiently.

+ Establish retail channels for PBG products and continue to optimize to adapt to PBG's business development strategy.

+ Focus on cooperation with top 100 retail chains and DTP pharmacies and improve channel efficiency.

+ Innovatively design marketing activities to develop retail channels, and continuously improve PBG's brand and product brand awareness.

+ HQ communication: Regularly communicate with the Global HQ teams and departments, learn from the useful experience of foreign countries to help the Chinese retail team to carry out its work. Promote HQ's understanding of the Chinese market.



**QUALIFICATIONS**



+ Bachelor degree or above.

+ 8+ years of retail market management experience, commercial experience is preferred.

+ Excellent data analysis ability, keen business sensitivity, analytical ability and strategic thinking.

+ Result-oriented, strong problem-solving ability.

+ Excellent interpersonal communication and cooperation skills.

+ Convincing public speaking ability.

+ Fluent with technology solutions to manage projects including appropriate Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and SharePoint.

+ Fluent oral and written communication in Chinese and English.
