**Job Purpose**

Key Responsibilities:



+ Lead the execution / implementation of patient outcomes project(s)/program(s),

+ Achieve key patient outcomes project(s)/program(s) KPIs for Pfizer Biopharma Group portfolio (PBG),

+ Manage Customer Engagement Program (CEP) process from initiation to approval & follow up in addition to documentation for program(s) reports / data,

+ Lead Pfizer representation, both within and outside Pfizer, for the assigned Product(s)/Project(s),

+ Work very closely and cross functionally with the PBG marketing team (CBLs) and commercial team (Category Leads) to ensure that the project (s) / program(s) are set in place with clear objectives - maintain close follow up & implementation for the key patient outcomes program(s) with the selected vendor(s) and ensure compliance to Pfizer policies.



**Key Accountabilities:**

**Business Outcomes**

The Patient Support Programs Manager will be responsible for translating strategy into operations and delivery. The individual will be familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member - to effectively coordinate the activities of the team and manage project information and communications to all stakeholders in the field and senior management.

Drive patient outcomes program(s) to ensure timely availability of Pfizer innovative medicine to patients in North Africa.



Achieve/exceed the annual revenue KPIs/budget/target for the assigned projects;



+ Partners with cross functional team to develop the project strategy and optimize delivery in terms of time, cost, value and risk.

+ Focuses our virtual and in-house team on KPIs delivery, ensuring corporate metrics are achieved in an optimized and value driven way.

+ Aligns cross-functional, operational activities and communications involving team members and internal Pfizer partners with minimal supervision.

+ Coordinates the teams for different business development opportunities.

+ Ensures linkage between strategy and program(s) implementation.

+ Identifies issues and facilitates problem-solving, contingency planning, and decision-making by focusing on Core therapeutic areas and products driving the company growth.

+ Collaborate with multiple internal/external partners, including other brand-aligned stakeholders, and propose recommendations to optimize program(s) execution & outcomes and efficiently meet or exceed strategic marketing goals for these key programs in North Africa.

+ Proactively manage opportunities / potential risks to ensure program success & KPIs achievement Participate with Marketing and Medical managers along with commercial team in the planning and strategies of new patient outcomes program(s) design, implementation and follow on its launch activities ensuring timelines.



**Job Specific Technical/Functional/Professional Competencies:**



+ Thorough knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry and Healthcare environment.

+ Market Access and Business Development experiences.

+ Ability to assimilate clinical and market knowledge of the therapy area, to a level to be conversant with opinion leaders.

+ Ability to develop strategic direction for the product portfolio and the market.

+ Ability to develop creative solutions for the implementation of market plans.

+ Comprehensive knowledge of the sales process, sales performance indicators and core marketing principles. Performance Management capability.

+ Must be able to demonstrate competence in influencing a broad range of stakeholders through credible, clear and logical cmmunication.

+ Strong interpersonal skills

+ Commercially astute with strong business acumen.

+ Strong problem solving and process management skills

+ Computer literate including manipulating Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Word, Electronic Customer Management Systems.

+ Change Leadership - Risk taking / Judgement / Innovation.

+ Implementation/execution skills

+ Negotiation skills - internal and external.



**Education and Experience**



+ A Bachelor's degree in healthcare Science (or equivalent). Business Management degree is an advantage.

+ Minimum of 3 years Sales, Project Management or key Account experience.

+ Previous Treatment outcome project management is a plus

+ Successful projects management experience in complex environment

+ Development project related to Marketing/ DTC will be considered

+ Proficient in written and spoken English, French and Arabic.
