As a Patient Service Representative, you will be working amongst other professionals in a Medical Call Center.

The schedule for this position is as follows; Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm and this will be supporting AHN's Orthopedic Group.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Contact a call list of patients who are out of compliance for chronic conditions and wellness visits
  • Track all booked and arrived appointments for patients generated through outreach efforts
  • Ensure patient confidentiality with the handling of all patient health information and records
  • Communicate all progress and issues with manager
  • Inbound/Outbound patient phone calls
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Scan documents/importing into patient charts
  • Precertification/Prior Authorizations / Referrals (Inbound and outbound)
