What Youll Do  
The Customer Experience (CX) organization is leading multi-discipline Cisco colleagues that redefine how we work with clients! You will work closely with Cisco Account Teams and extended teams in developing new opportunities to meet some of our top customers business and IT needs. You will actively develop relationships with our customers and key partners while facilitating client sessions and leading pre-sales efforts to ensure appropriate specialists are engaged to deliver trusted expertise and value creation.  

The Customer Experience Partner Business Development Manager role is a highly visible, strategic position to support partners to continue to transform and develop their renewal practices for both services and software. You will work with partners and Cisco partner teams to define a strategy to accelerate renewals growth to on-time closure for software, as well as minimize renewals risk and financial attrition. You will bring solid understanding of negotiation strategies and orchestrates cross-functional resources across the company to develop the partners renewal practices.

Who You'll Work With  
As a Partner BDM you will align and accelerate CX partner service extensibility and support the CX CISG (Cloud Infrastructure & Software Group) Renewals Specialists as a liaison.  The ideal candidate will build positive relationships internally and externally leading to growth while focusing on Customer Experience across the entire lifecycle.

You are an analytical problem solver with outstanding interpersonal skills, with a strong technology background and an eye for business compelled to help customers grow. You have the ability to lead teams with dynamic strengths in pre-sales engagements, coordinating activities, driving efficient partnerships and producing high quality proposals.

You excel in applying your expertise in architectures, technologies and consultancy for services design while driving positive outcomes with our largest customers. You are able to align regional service and business needs including growth and offer lifecycle, while developing high potential customer opportunities from an early sales stage.

You are deeply organized, yet comfortable in a constantly changing environment. Capable of balancing multiple priorities across projects and convey complex concepts in the simplest of terms. You thrive in a diverse environment and you can work with a variety of critical priorities converting customer problems into Cisco delivery. You demonstrate a deep understanding of the Security portfolio.

Knowledge and Skills:
  •     You have deep understanding of Cisco CX CISG portfolio, including an understanding of driven solutions
  •     You have the ability to provide consultative support to our Cisco partners, account teams, and other internal cross-functional teams
  •     Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills that strengthen relationships with internal and external partners up to the executive level.  
  •     BS/BA or equivalent and 5+ years in a sales/solution development/business development role with experience delivering security technology services  
  •     You demonstrate strong problem solving skills with focus on aligning solutions to strategic imperatives   
  •     Must be a channel subject matter expert for the security renewals specialist organization
  •     Understand offer roadmaps and insert the partner perspective
  •     Work and lead in a multi-functional diverse matrix organization of specialists  
  •     Produce compelling proposals with associated Service Design, levels of effort, quotes and contracting documentation  
  •     A strong desire to continuously improve your knowledge, skills, abilities  approaches, methodologies, technology specialization  
  •     Champion internal / external partner tools and programs
