Job Description

  • Backfill all payroll processes which include driver edits, updates, transfers, accrual tracking to fill in for the Full-time admin as needed.
  • Learn the Common Carrier and Company Driver dispatch systems and processes to competently backfill for full time admin as they take time off.
  • Become proficient in tracking and reporting all case credit and revenue due to the Traffic Center.
  • Learn trailer tracking systems and daily reporting requirements.
  • Maintain processes and standards as it related to SAG's / SOX and the PepsiCo Audit.
  • Daily interaction with all Functional Teams.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Part time work most weeks. Must be willing to fill in on a Full time basis for times when the full time admin are out or off.
  • High School Diploma Required.
  • Strong understanding of State payroll systems and impact of taxation and state laws.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel.
  • Strong knowledge and experience using Kronos and SAP required.
  • Ability to prioritize work and multi-task strong sense of urgency.
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills Discretion with sensitive information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material.
  • Must be strong team player and assist other department staff when necessary.
  • Willingness to learn and take on projects.
  • Ability to handle multiple changing priorities simultaneously in sometimes challenging situations and keeping management involved when needed.
