This position will be responsible for understanding and analyzing key drivers of staffing and paid media performance. This position will review various forms of data in Excel and Tableau to determine trends and make recommendations to agency when improvements are needed. This position will create monthly reporting and dashboards that will be useful when creating employment marketing strategies.\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003C/strong\u003EThe ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, be proactive with a natural curiosity for data and trends, comfortable responding to urgent requests and working within ambiguity and complexity. Additionally, success in this role will require comfort working with multiple internal and external partners on tight deadlines and a commitment to service.\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003EMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EFilter, analyze, and categorize large volumes of data using Microsoft Excel to determine exceptions and trends in employment marketing reports\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDiscuss information learned with Project Leaders in order to help them build a strategy or adjust marketing tactics for a particular business unit\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EWork with different business partners to determine other information available to help the TA Marketing and Programs team create end-to-end staffing solutions (eg. the data that other departments currently have that could help TA Marketing find the right quality of candidates)\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ECreate pivot tables and pivot charts to communicate findings to interested business partners\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EReview usage reports and make recommendations on which tools are being used\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EWork with Sr. Manager, Managers, and Project Leaders on any additional reporting needs, as needed\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003ENATURE AND SCOPE\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPosition Reports to Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition Marketing and Programs\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003EENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EEnvironment: \u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003ELocated in a comfortable indoor area.
