**What You Will Achieve**

Your expertise in the manufacturing domain will help Pfizer with the operations required for the assembly and packaging of finished goods. You will manage product finishing scheduling, setting up, operating, maintaining, and adjusting processes or packaging equipment. You will be a team member who is relied to have a good understanding of procedures, techniques, tools, materials and equipment. Your decision making will help you prioritize workflows based on the available resources.

You will follow standard procedures to complete tasks, some of which may vary in scope, sequence, complexity and timing. You will contribute to the team's success by sharing your previously acquired knowledge. You will be relied upon to maximize quality and efficiency; completing batch records and associated documentation, and working in an integrated computerized manufacturing environment.

+ SAP / PEPS / WPM Access, advanced knowledge with the ability to enter and edit dataand trainothers

+ Conducts area audits - GMP/5S/Safety

+ Changeoverandset upproduction lines based on standard work directions/settings/timetargets(with assistance)

+ Troubleshoot production lines(with assistance)in alignment with unit escalationprocess

+ Weekend Rotation (participation)

+ Verifies that line is clean and cleared prior to starting productionorder

+ Actively participates in redlining / updating of SOPs andOJTs

+ Perform material and finished goodsreconciliation

+ Responsible for accuracy of batch record related documentationand batch record review

+ Equipment Functional testing (participation)

+ Provide support to Operational Specialist and Process Engineer for new materials andequipment

+ Proficient with Operator Care tasksand activities

+ Coordinate with maintenance to complete repairs and develop solutions to equipmentissues

+ Ensuremaintenance log is completed and accurate and thatequipment is operational when returned aftermaintenance

NSL Specific Operation (in addition to Packaging Operations):

+ With assistance, understand, change over, set up, operate, and clean fillerequipment

+ Performs work in professional,self-directed, responsible, and timelymanner



+ High school diploma / general education degree (GED) plus

+ An associate degree, OR

+ Veteran/Military experience, OR

+ Six months of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or GMP facility (e.g.current or previous Pfizer colleague or contractor or similar)


+ Mechanical experience / knowledge preferred.


+ 2nd shift from 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday - Friday.
