PBNA $19.06/hr Job Description and ExpectationsOverview: * Must be able to safely and efficiently run all filling equipment in the department within the qualification period. * Must be able to complete all quality checks and learn all required cleaning tasks of a filler operator including hand cleaning, swabbing, and the proper documentation that accompanies these activities and ensure quality of products and work meet PepsiCo's quality expectation. * Must actively work to control scrap losses including fill weights, carton blanks, caps, and bottle scrap. * Must be able to twist, reach, bend, lift a minimum of 45 pounds, push 45 pounds, pull 45 pounds and climb as needed. May be required to lift overhead frequently throughout the shift. May need to work at heights. * Perform established QC checks utilizing established and future quality tools, including but not limited to fill weight, package integrity checks, case and bottle expiration and lot information checks, and any other checks that may be required to ensure product quality. * Investigate, troubleshoot and solve technical issues on the equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation * Must be able to obtain a forklift license and may need to learn job tasks of department logistics driver. * Will on occasion need to work more than 40 hours a week and/or work 12 hour days to cover other filler operators paid and unpaid absences.
