As a part of Optum, the largest network of medical groups in the country, The Everett Clinic is seeking a full-time Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon to join our team in Everett, Washington! This Orthopedist will be joining a tenured, and well-respected team of 10 Orthopedic Surgeons and 6 Physician Assistants. You will be the second Total Joint Surgeon in the group and can anticipate a 400+ joint a year practice once fully ramped up.

• Operate out of an ASC with Total Joint Certification of Excellence

• Minimal Call 3-4 Calls per month

• Largest Primary Care base in the region

• PAs to assist with pre-ops, post-ops, and more

• Dedicated MA and an experienced team of RNs for support

• EPIC EMR

• Great Peer-to-Peer support

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted WA state license or the ability to obtain
"
• Current DEA certificate required prior to start date
"
• BC/BE SPECIALTY
"
• Current BLS, ACLS certification prior to start date
"
• EMR Proficient EPIC preferred
"
• Fellowship training in Total Joint

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washington residents is $533,440 to $802,700. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
