Design isnt just a gig for fashion moguls and architects. As an *Organization Design & Integration Manager* at Cox Communications, youll be invited to advance our Org Design capability. That means delivering solutions that allow our org designers to really shape the organizations within Cox. It also means being a highly capable collaborator with a variety of teams, from Human Resources (HR) Solutions and HR Technology to HR Metrics & Analytics, and our HR Business Partners.





Youll combine a solid understanding of different stakeholder groups with your keen ability to put tools, processes, and practices into play so Cox can quickly adopt them and benefit from your brilliance. Oh, and in case youre wondering, for this job, youll report to the Director of Talent and Org Planning.





*What Youll Do*


Designing and integrating - and managing, for that matter - take on many different forms, so this role will invite you to bring a myriad of skills to the table ... or desk. Lets take a deeper dive into your daily duties:

Youll develop and lead the implementation of a mix of org design methods, tools and processes



*
These will all help define the way we work, as well as our approach to restructures or acquisitions that may take place. Youll also set up ways to monitor and assess the tools and processes we adopt to make sure they are providing the outcomes were after.



*
Youll look for - and respond to - indicators that show us places we can improve, with a watchful eye on how it raises our game without overtaxing our resources.



*
Youll use a mix of communication methods to organize and share your summaries of projects and your recommendations; and youll also use a variety of tools to help you glean and share the business impact from available data. This may mean doing statistical analysis, qualitative studies, or even creating analytic models.

Youll also plan for the future by keeping up-to-date on emerging trends in the industry and building relationships that support co-creating solutions. Youll even have the opportunity to coach colleagues and leaders on the resources and processes in place to empower and raise their performance.

BA/BS in Business, Communications, or Human Resources



*
Masters degree in Organization Development and/or Effectiveness, Human Resources, or Industrial Psychology



*
Certifications: Organization Design, Strategic Workforce Planning and/or Change Management



*
Working knowledge of Agile and Design Thinking methodologies in practice



*
Proficiency with Org Design software, like Orgvue, for current state analysis, future state modeling and/or strategic workforce planning



*
Experience with Workday
