The Provider Data Operations Performance Liaison is responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. In this role you will maintain a leadership support structure that oversees the execution and continuity of efficiency and effectiveness enhancements and metrics across your designated organization(s). Ensure work teams successfully execute efficiency and effectiveness enhancements, hit monthly metrics and our MBO commitments. Serve as the driver of e360 reporting across designated organization(s) to ensure consistent measures and evaluations of quality results, productivity, and attendance. Develop, communicate and track remediation efforts. Track ongoing performance against plan. Actively participate in MBO goal setting and develop MAP calibration tools. Drives collaboration with internal business partners and provides expertise on tools and applications for the operational entity. Ensure compliance for learning and knowledge transfer through completion of LearnSource courses, assessments, attestations, and Knowledge Central utilization.

  • Be clear on what customers (providers and members) value, how the provider data accuracy meets those needs and the critical elements that need to be actively monitored and managed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Development of Efficiency and Effectiveness metrics including MBO goals and metrics
  • ""
  • Develop and maintain e360 Reporting and MAP Calibration Tools
  • ""
  • Partner with WFM on efficiency and effectiveness enhancements
  • ""
  • Proof of concept initiatives / Pilot deployments
  • ""
  • Root cause data analysis - Performance improvement recommendations
  • ""
  • Development and implementation of remediation tactics (For Quality related remediation, partner with Provider Quality Management)
  • ""
  • Develop and maintain suite of performance effectiveness SOPs
  • ""
  • Contribute to and maintain leadership portal
  • ""
  • Recognition Program oversight including but not limited to QVC administration
  • ""
  • Compliance reporting oversight
  • ""
  • Scorecard development and maintenance
  • ""
  • Learning Map development and maintenance
  • ""
  • Serve as a key resource to Sups, Managers, and Directors for simple, complex, and critical issues
  • ""
  • Develop innovative solutions or process improvement ideas
  • ""
  • Develop efficiency and effectiveness metrics to include in metrics and for MAP review goals, etc.
  • ""
  • Be available to answer questions and provide explanations to sups/managers/directors during any given time
  • ""
  • Make presentations as needed to new and existing groups related to topics of discussion

  • Conduct performance improvement recommendations

  • Anticipate the departmental needs and proactively develop solutions

  • Partner with other parts of the business as needed in order to accomplish goals, create solutions, etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma / GED
  • ""
  • 3+ years of experience with performance metrics, measurements and data analysis
  • ""
  • 2+ years of experience project / process leadership within operations and/or working with metrics and analytics
  • ""
  • Experience working on process improvement methods and/or projects (e.g., coaching, quality, productivity)
  • ""
  • Experience influencing in a matrixed environment
  • ""
  • Intermediate proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • ""

  • Experience with UHC Operations
  • ""
  • Working knowledge of Operations systems such as IEX, IMPACT, DAA, budget reports, transfer data, WFM adherence and attendance data

  • Basic knowledge and experience in finance (budgeting) and cost accounting

  • SSA or Minitab experience
