The OON Prevention Product Manager will play a critical role in supporting both the strategy and execution of pre-event product portfolio that manages out-of-network utilization and patient experience.

We are seeking an athlete that can be a utility player for the pre-event / prevention product team. Someone who can pivot seamlessly between strategy and executional work, is flexible and versatile enough to meet evolving business needs, and is a motivated self-starter that is excited to be part of an early stage company building the future of the healthcare experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support strategy and product discovery needs
""
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, opportunity analysis, framework development, etc.
""
• Develop executive level presentations that can be shared with leadership
""
• Own elements of the product design, execution, and management
""
• Work with raw data and analyze opportunities for product design
""
• Evaluate and manage vendor relationships necessary to support product initiatives
""
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to align on product design and development
""
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI analyses to assess financial health of product
""
• Provide guidance on metrics for success and continually monitor to understand the health of product
""
• Be able to make recommendations on how to iterate on product design to improve performance against goals
""
• Execute on product roadmap and deliver on timelines
""
• Ad hoc initiatives, as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or work experience equivalent
""
• 3+ years of product and/or strategy experience
""
• 4+ years of health care industry experience
""
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of product and/or strategy experience in clinical and/or advocacy products (i.e., prevention/ wellness products, case/disease management) and/or benefit design
""
• 2+ years of Agile development
""
• 2+ years building / launching / managing consumer-centric products
""
• Proven ability to manage relationships and influence others without formal authority
""
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
""
• Excellent organizational skills
""
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
