Key Responsibilities: Onboard new hires and provide weekly updates to leadership on 30/60/90 day progress Develop and implement cross-training strategy to ensure frontline team can cover necessary work Deliver training as needed in partnership with HR and EHS; period safety trainings, annual code of conduct etc. Demonstrate strong leadership skills to coach, develop, and influence frontline team members Support the leading of the frontline through various change initiatives Understand the business and how each department can affect the bottom line Provide cross-functional support to locations by collaborating with and driving each departments initiatives Coordinate with leadership on internal bidding process and train those new to role Motivate team members to achieve plan goals Downloading, pulling, and analyzing various reports from internal systems Answering questions and providing front-line support to various cross-functional teams and employees Supporting the team in the analysis, coordination, and execution of various programs Analytical ability to summarize data, develop recommendations, and implement solutions Independently organize and produce computer-based presentations Administer specific applications/time bound processes with a high degree of accuracy while meeting deadlines Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner Maintain and update distribution and contact lists; organize/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy Ability to multi-task, work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations Basic administrative support (email, phones, copies, office supplies, etc.); proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues when possible Capable of creating customized actionable market reports using pivot tables, advanced formulas, or macros Work on special projects as necessary Other duties as assigned to support the team in the administrative function Support Community projects Support Market Director as needed Ensure participation and compliance with all GCS audit procedures Job level will vary based on experience and scope of role. Qualifications/Requirements College Education and Previous HR experience is preferred 3-5 years administrative experience is preferred Ability to assume responsibility and work independently with little or no supervision Proven administrative and organizational skills with ability to manage workload and effectively prioritize work Computer skills including expert competency in Excel and proficiency with Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Must possess organizational, problem solving and follow through skills to complete projects in a timely manner Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong attention to detail and proofreading skills Team player that is resourceful, creative and results oriented with strong communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with people at all levels, in person and over the phone both within and outside the company Ability to give and receive constructive feedback Ability to lead a team-based approach to decision making Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to get results through mentoring others Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building skillsMinimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma/GED equivalent Authorized to work in United States on a permanent basis Must pass a drug screen and background investigationAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
