Our Public Sector Team supports our Nations Law Enforcement and First Responder community, providing solutions for critical mission support and operations.


AT&T has an opening for Network Support Technician to support the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO) , in providing Network Operations.


**Job Duties/Responsibilities:**


This role will include, but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:


+ Provide complete Network Management services in a 24x7x365 environment.

+ Investigate and repair service outages.

+ Use ServiceNow or other ticketing system to document incidents, problems, requests, etc.

+ Coordinate with service providers, customers, and third party vendors to positively affect repair or maintenance activities.

+ Implement, install, configure, operate, and maintain Government-furnished network tools (Cisco, SolarWinds, Infoblox, etc.)

+ Lifecycle/release management for NOC tools.

+ Support all ICE operational security requirements.

+ Generate reports to demonstrate system uptime, availability, etc, as requested.

+ Provide network and systems administration.


**Required Clearance:** Public Trust (#publictrust)


**Required Qualifications:**


+ Candidate must have active CCNA.

+ Candidate must demonstrate progress toward CCNP certification within 90 days

+ Candidate must take Extreme Networks Training and obtain certification within 180 days.

+ Minimum Education:

+ Bachelors Degree in an engineering, computer, telecommunications or related field.

+ Equivalent related technical experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

+ Minimum Requirements:

+ Three (3) years of relevant experience on a wide variety of servers, desktops and networking and telecommunications technologies, protocols, equipment, concepts, architectures and trade studies.

+ Ability to troubleshoot network incidents and provide a resolution report to management and / or customer.

+ Ability to document solutions with MS Office products: Word, Excel, Visio, and Project.

+ Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with management and peers.
