As a Network Program Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and executing initiatives under the Government Programs Vice-President. This position will own key areas that drive important and critical programmatic initiatives to improve the health of our members. The team's goal is to create and maintain our best work while maintaining program compliance.

Primary Responsibilities:

    ""
  • Facilitate the development, implementation, execution, and monitor the outcomes for initiatives such as: Optum rebranding for CalOptima lines of business, CalAIM, and recommendations for Orange County Medi-Cal integration strategy, and serve as a liaison with CalOptima
  • ""
  • Create a project plan integrating where it is reasonable the deliverables for LHCP/Optum and Monarch
  • ""
  • Develop extensive knowledge of each program will be required to facilitate and meet the contractual and program compliance for each initiative
  • ""
  • Partner with key stakeholders of the three networks and understand the differences of our operations
  • ""
  • Recommend new strategies to supervisor to maintain program compliance
  • ""
  • Provide escalation support to internal teams, members, and providers to mitigate issues and risk
  • ""
  • Monitor and recommend changes post implementation of key initiatives
  • ""
  • Assist with tasks and provide support, as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • B.A./B.S. degree in Healthcare, Life Science, Business or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • ""
  • 3+ years of project coordination/ project management experience
  • ""
  • 3+ year of healthcare industry experience
  • ""
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
  • ""
