**The Position**



The Strategic Stakeholder Lead (SSL) is responsible to strategically position Pfizer nationally as a partner who accelerates the transition to a patient-centred, sustainable healthcare system. The SSL identifies, manages, develops and maintains high potential & strategic accounts above level of hospitals & procurement groups. The SSL pro-actively engages with executive board members, influential individuals & SHCP's to signal future possibilities for joint value creation, not limited to a specific product proposition. He/she directly supports the achievement of long-term commercial targets (related to future potential of BU overarching initiatives).



**Responsibilities**



The SSL`s key role is to develop long term relationships aligned to Pfizer`s vision to be a scientific powerhouse. The SSL will be responsible for establishing and fostering executive relationships with strategic stakeholders such as the Dutch Federation University Medical Centers, its affiliating members and the Dutch Federation of Hospital Pharmacists. The SSL will also establish collaborations between the Strategic Health Care Partners (SHCP) and other Health Care stakeholders (such as Health Insurers) that might impact the long-term growth within the assigned accounts.



Internally, the SSL will work in close collaboration with Key Account managers, Tender &Contract managers, Health & Value colleagues, Strategic Partnership Managers, and Business Units to define the shared long-term agenda of the mentioned external stakeholders.



The SSL will report to the Country Manager & Managing Director, Pfizer, the Netherlands.



+ Translate Pfizer core values to healthcare innovation for assigned national accounts.

+ Constantly identifying how environmental changes are impacting the strategic agenda of the assigned accounts and networks.

+ Subsequently, identify opportunities in order to achieve business and visionary value, in which Pfizer is seen as a trusted advisor and visionary partner in sustainably developing the healthcare system.

+ Ensure mutual objectives of Pfizer & strategic accounts are met and pro-actively provide updates and financial forecasts.

+ Optimize value driven care in line with our Pfizer core values mission ("Patients first") and translate this into a strategic account plan.

+ Cooperate in a cross-functional (and virtual) manner and inspire as well as influence the (change) process for internal and external stakeholders on how successful collaborations can be realized.



About you



+ Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

+ Owns a university degree in Health Science Economic or equivalent.

+ Pursues out of the box ideas "bold moves" and thinks big.

+ Demonstrates a profound knowledge and documented expertise regarding macro-environmental healthcare developments.

+ Established a proven track record of strategic and innovative thinking

+ Strong orientation on business and visionary healthcare projects and effectively translate these in robust account plans for implementation.

+ A robust network with decision-makers in the Dutch healthcare landscape is considered as an advantage.

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
