Position Purpose:

Direction of the Money Movement (MM) Team's operational activities ensuring achievement of operational objectives. The role requires hands on daily direction of the MM team to ensure optimal responsiveness and delivery of a high quality service to our clients and service providers that is on time and accurate. The MM OCC will also be required to undertake the MM activities and transactions performed by the MM Consultants as part of their responsibilities.

They will contribute to company revenue growth and MM unit profitability by providing World Class Service in accurate and efficient processing of the IMMS system, diligently following processes and providing prompt, friendly resolution of client, service provider and ADP internal MM issues.

This position is a fixed term contract until September 2021.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of day to day MM processes and procedures
  • Responsibility of allocating MM activities on a day to day basis
  • Monitoring of client communications to ensure responsiveness to clients in line with SLA
  • Daily and weekly coordination of the Process Improvement Program as well as all required reporting
  • Allocation and management of all client/associate issues logged with MM team by internal clients
  • Act as escalation point for second level support in resolution of critical MM issues, escalating further to MM Manager as required
  • Lead and provide viable solutions regarding challenges/changes to operational systems/products/procedures through research and review.
  • Monitor quality control for data entry
  • Undertake all MM duties as required to ensure the MM transactions are completed in accordance with ADP's SLA with external and internal Clients
  • Approve date, bank account and Mass USI changes
  • Approve receipt payment and pending refund batches
  • Coordinate with other departments on payment related queries
  • Ensure return payments are completed, authorised and controlled each day
  • Management of issues arising from ATO and Superannuation processing
  • Contribute to strategic and project related activities
  • Provide backup or assistance to MM Consultants as required.

Experience:

  • 1- 5 years customer service experience
  • Workforce planning and rostering
  • Understanding of the Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) and it's requirements
  • Creating/implementing processes and policy
  • Monthly reporting -- team KPIs and departmental reporting
  • Superannuation or banking experience will be highly regarded
  • Intermediate skills with MS Office, including Access
  • Good working knowledge of IMMS.
