+ Field based support for local medical team (approx. 60% of time customer facing). Responsibility of product(s) within the oncology porfolio.

+ Build and develop enduring peer-to-peer relationships with HCPs and institutions, creating constructive cross-functional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to meet Pfizer's medical needs across our medicines' lifecycle

+ Provide high-quality, accurate, balanced and directed information to key customers and stakeholders in response to unsolicited requests for information

+ Support data generation by supporting the implementation of local non-interventional studies, following up on IIR opportunities, supporting feasibilities for phase 1-4 studies, support in the management of local advisory boards, interaction with local clinical investigators and other key medical and scientific activities

+ Ensure customer intelligence and customer findings are fed back into the organisation to generate customer insights and leverage medical opportunities. Support local medical education initiatives and internal training initiatives

+ Field support for medical driven patient access programs and schemes for innovative oncology products



Responsibilities

**Build and develop enduring peer-to-peer relationships with HCPs and institutions, creating constructive cross-functional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to meet Pfizer's medical needs across our medicines' lifecycle**



+ To interact with and develop enduring relationships with regional and national opinion leaders and advisors on clinical practice

+ Medical input into appropriate in country cross functional team, bringing in customer insights from the medical perspective to the cross functional team and contributing to the execution of the disease area and customer plans.

+ To communicate customer feedback on product development and life-cycle strategies



**Provide high-quality, accurate, balanced and directed information to key customers and stakeholders in response to unsolicited requests for information**



+ In response to an unsolicited request for information, communication of scientific data on the Oncology portfolio, including off-label indications and on compounds in development where specifically requested.

+ To provide high quality scientific presentations at external meetings where requested

+ To respond to requests for information on safety of medicines and pharmacovigilance



**Support data generation by supporting the implementation of local non-interventional studies, following up on IIR opportunities, supporting feasibilities for phase 1-4 studies, support in the management of local advisory boards, interaction with local clinical investigators and other key medical and scientific activities**



+ Support the program, protocol, and site feasibility process for phase 1-4, through collaboration with the Country Clinical operations, Development Operations and CROs as appropriate



+ Advice on development of IIR concept and full proposal (in line with disease area IIR strategy)

+ Internal discussion of proposal, received in field, with the local medical team

+ Regular contact with investigators throughout the study, reporting on progress and congress and publication planning

+ Support the program, protocol, and site feasibility process for phase 1-4, through collaboration with the Country Clinical operations, Development Operations and CROs as appropriate.

+ Working with sites conducting Pfizer sponsored local non interventional studies to provide medical input



**Ensure customer intelligence and customer findings are fed back into the organisation to generate appropriate strategies and leverage medical opportunities. Support local medical education initiatives and internal training initiatives**



+ Support the management of local/national Advisory Boards

+ Working with Advisory Board members in preparation for meetings and on a follw-up basis as appropriate to gain medical insights

+ Speaker briefings for symposia and congresses where appropriate

+ Support for local medical education implementation, as appropriate

+ Support for initiatives around enhancing trust and reputation, in conjunction with external affairs and stakeholder strategy

+ Support internal training of customer facing colleagues, enhancing their knowledge and understanding of clinical data and our medicines



**Field support for medical driven patient access programs and schemes for innovative oncology products**



+ Field support for medically driven access programs for oncology products (compassionate use, early access programs)

+ Liaise with regulatory authorities regarding procedures and necessary documentation



**Compliance**



+ Knowledge of local pharmaceutical Code of Practice (SFEE) and FCPA/GPIHP, EOF circulars regarding medical events relevant SOPs and how it relates to the MSR function



Qualifications



+ Degree in Medicine, pharmacy or life science degree at postgraduate level

+ Previous experience in Medical Affairs

+ At least 2 years' experience in oncology therapeutic area (additional experience in hematology field would be considered as a plus)

+ Fluency in Greek and English

+ An understanding of the compliance framework for medical interactions in relation to local regulations

+ A good understanding of clinical research and the ability to critically evaluate clinical study protocols, reports and publications

+ Strong presentation, verbal and networking skills

+ Project management skills

+ Business acumen

+ Strong interpersonal skills

+ High degree of cross-functional collaboration

+ Ability to communicate clearly information and concepts which may be complex in nature

+ Good understanding of the local health care environment at national, regional and local level

+ Understanding of pharmacovigilance and regulatory legislation and how it impacts the productportfolio

+ Good knowledge of drug development process



**Other Requirements**

Position requires frequent local/national travel (participation in national congresses & internal or HCP meetings) and occasional international travel (participation in international congresses and internal meetings)
