+ Job Purpose:The Medical Representative is responsible for maximizing the sales of Anti-infectives Diseaseproducts through the different sales & promotion activities within a Eastern Zone.Key Accountabilities:l Visiting physicians to help them manage their patient's disease using Pfizer products.Distribute knowledge using guidelines through product samples, marketing literature, clinical trialsrelated to his products to help physicians and other healthcare professionals take the best decisionsFollow-up with HCP (KOL, physicians, pharmacists, or any other party having impact on thebusiness), to gather feedback and questions regarding experience with Pfizer productsProviding approved information to HCP on Pfizer products, e.g. proper medical usage, dosageamounts and side effectsEnlisting Pfizer products in the formulary of institutionsProviding feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions andproduct access. Also update on changes in the health care system or hospital structureInvolved in the pre preparation of the marketing campaign through giving a feedback to themarketing team on what's the real market, customers' needsFollow up of stock , consumption and ordering process specially in government sector andinstitutionsInvolved in Pfizer community awareness programsAttending seminars and participate in setting up sales demonstration and exhibitionOrganizing AV activities in his area. Initiate & Participate in the nomination & selection of the localspeakers in his/her territoryReporting visits and other activities using MI. Attending regular sales meetings with SM, generalmeetings, and cycle meetingsPreparing short term POA restricted to his area and productsPresenting reports according to SM recommendations and market needsUpdate his customer list according to the targeting process by understanding customer'ssegmentations and customer insightsUnderstand customer disease management needs Maintain and Create new advocates by aligningto customer's priorities/needsStand accountable for all customers e-mails, phone calls related to businessExecute the activities ( international, regional and local conferences, workshops) done by themarketing, medical department to engage his customersMonthly report for sales , activities , market feedback , threats ,opportunitiesParticipating in setting the engagement POA and play important role in its executionPlay important role in engaging his customers via real bold partnership programsExplore more business opportunities and expand the scope of his/her reachLevel of Responsibilities:Tasks are performed under the general direction of the Sales Manager; however the incumbent isfully responsible for the business and financial results of his geographical territoryResponsible for Budget achievement including % Gr, % MS, EV (IMS Parameters) for his areaPosition Relationships:Similar position holders across the country.Supportive department (BT, Medical, Marketing, Finance, HR)Customers Administration Departments (Stores, Purchasing and Finance)Opinion Leaders and Field ExpertsService Providers and CompetitorsJob Specific Technical/Functional/Professional Competencies:Medical or Pharmaceutical Education Background Good English communication.Effective Selling skills Strong written and oral communication skillsGood computer skillsEffective interpersonal and team building skills Good persuasive and negotiation skillsOther competencies:Change AgileActs DecisivelyPeer relationshipSeizes AccountabilityCommits to one PfizerGrows SelfExperience and Knowledge:Preferred to have 3 years sales experience.Demonstrable achievement/top performance within the past 2 years is requiredAnti-Infectives , Hematology & Oncology Experience are preferredGovernment (MOH & INSTITUTION) experience is preferred.Specialty experience is preferred.Pharmaceutical sales knowledge and experience is required
