Medical Information (MI) frontline activity and in country medical support for Medical Information teams:



+ Review of incoming e-mails in the MI mailbox SloveniaMedInfo@pfizer.com for unsolicited MI inquiry emails each business day

+ Responding to medical info phone calls

+ Receival and process of written and oral incoming information

+ Responding to unsolicited MI inquiries

+ Linguistic check of cover letters prepared by non-native speakers

+ Storing and archiving of MI documentation within GRACE system



Qulification:



+ University degree obtained after a completion of academic undergraduate programme and graduate programme or an integrated academic undergraduate and graduate programme in the field of biomedicine and healthcare

+ Native speaker or have a certificate in Slovenian language

+ Previous experience in a role involved in MI would be an advantage

+ Fluent written and spoken English

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Excellent time management

+ Computer skills ( Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, e-mail )

+ Collaboration, interpersonal and facilitation skills
