**The Job**


As an Analyst Sales Support/Planning your responsibilities will include cross functional sales support role under the Operations & Services group. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth.


Responsibilities may include generating proposals upon receiving Linear, Data-Driven Linear, Addressable, and Cross-Screen product RFPs, order entry and stewardship maintenance of accounts, spend tracking & analysis, and adhering to department Planning & Pricing policies. Responsibilities also include coordinating with clients and agencies for inventory clearance updates, campaign flighting, brand allocations, scheduling Audience Deficiency Units (ADU) and resolving client inventory or delivery questions.


This role works closely with the Senior Analyst and assigned Account Executive(s), supporting them with key sales materials, ad-hoc client requests, and potential to support agency presentations upon Sales team discretion. Ad Sales coordinator will work cross functionally with Finance for billing adjustments, with Business Analytics for campaign front end and backend set up, with Inventory and Traffic, as well as a number of other internal teams.


**You Will**


+ Prepares sales analysis reports to include forecasting, trending, penetration and coverage.

+ Performs analyses and prepares forecasts and recommendations in the areas of product preferences, sales coverage, market size, penetration, marketing practices and sales trends.

+ May participate in the development of special pricing plans, products, and proposals to meet specific customer requirements.

+ Support sales and marketing activities through research of complex market conditions and trends affecting company's products and or services.

+ May research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service and contributes data to appropriate functional group.

+ Organizes information to assist in analyzing future products and makes recommendations for the development of new products or services.


**You Have**


+ Bachelor's Degree

+ Strong knowledge of financial analysis and computer modeling techniques required.

+ Experience as a Media Planner/Sales Planner
