Position Summary

Our marketing team is diverse, nimble and multidisciplinary, offering an array of capabilities to our internal clients that span content creation, events, digital and technology. To streamline and strategically connect these capabilities, particularly with respect to technology, we are looking for a technically-minded, process-oriented professional who is equally comfortable interacting with business team members as they are with the Lightning interface.

Please note, the critical aspect of this position will be the overall administration and assistance with the Salesforce CRM driving strategy as well as understanding and managing the various integration points into Salesforce from other systems that deal with content management and workflow. This role will work closely with our 100 users to maintain and drive enhancements to the existing Salesforce platform.  Specifically, the Administrator will work directly with marketing and IT teams, as well as Loan Officers, Associates and Analysts across the U.S. and in our International offices in Tokyo and London, as Salesforce is PGIMs primary CRM tool for managing existing and potential investor and borrower relationships.

But beyond Salesforce, there are other technology platforms and initiatives that this person will be involved with many of which integrate, at some level, with Salesforce. This role represents a unique opportunity for classically defined Salesforce Administrators to expand beyond their traditional responsibilities and advance their career into new business process areas.   


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support for the clients production Salesforce instance and user administration tasks, including access management, permission sets, role assignments, data uploads, etc.
  • Become familiar with and understand the holistic technology ecosystem within the business; consistently thinking about ways to integrate and improve
  • Direct interaction and client support with all users.
  • Maintain data quality through ongoing data analysis, record de-duplication, and other related tasks, and identify and implement process improvements that contribute to improved data quality.
  • Establishes and maintains liaison relationship with business partners and IT organization in order to provide effective technical solutions.
  • Candidate will need to learn PGIM Real Estates proprietary loan management system, Loan Connect to better manage Salesforce records.
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users.
  • Assist with Ad hoc reporting requests, optimize the user experience ~ reports and dashboards.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end users. 
  • Act as a support resource for new and existing Salesforce.com users.
  • Support and drive Salesforce projects, including contribution to the gathering of business requirements, solution and technical design, test plan design, and coordination of testing with end user and deploy new functionality full SFDC (Salesforce.com) implementation experience.
  • Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Logging and tracking identified system problems through resolution.



  • Overall work experience 3 years
  • Salesforce Administration certification is highly preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience with operational support using Salesforce.com.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce.com CRM Application Administration.
  • 1 year of experience configuring and supporting Salesforce Lightning platform.
  • Must be able to develop Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • 1 year of experience using Data Loader is required.
  • Knowledge of third-party apps and tools (Lightning for Outlook, Tenfold Click to Call, eVision Scan, Marketing Cloud, Seismic) is preferred.
  • SQL knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience training new users on the Salesforce.com application.
  • Must be experienced Microsoft Office applications.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required
  • Must be detailed oriented and have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • A structured thinker who is systematic in approach to problem-solving
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work across functions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in manipulating large amounts of data while understanding related object/field functions.
  • Knowledge of workflow, visual workflow, and process builder.
  • Commercial Real Estate or other financial discipline experience is a plus
