The"Marketing Communications Coordinator will play an essential role on Genoa"Healthcare's marketing and communications team, contributing to marketing"communication projects including advertising, print materials, brand awareness,"media relations, social media, web and events. This role reports to the Digital"Marketing Manager.

Qualified"candidates will have solid foundation in marketing communications concepts and"practices. They will be ready to hit the ground running writing content and"developing marketing materials, assisting with marketing campaigns and"supporting media relations efforts and events. They will have a client service"focus and be able to act as a professional point of contact for internal and"external stakeholders and vendors. They will be team players who are able to"take direction and also work independently.

• Write and design marketing" materials for print and web, including brochures and newsletters.
• Assist in planning and executing" marketing campaigns and events.
• Coordinate with internal" stakeholders and partner organizations to provide appropriate marketing" communications support.
• Draft public relations materials," including media alerts and pitches, and web and social media content.
• Partner with digital marketing" leader to draft and implement digital strategies and materials.
• Stay up to date on the latest" marketing communications trends and brings new and innovative ideas" forward.
• Assist in maintaining a positive" brand image and reputation for the organization.
• Track, measure," and analyze all initiatives to report on ROI.

• BA in Marketing/Communications/Journalism/Graphic Design or"related field
• Some"entry-level experience in Marketing, Communications or both
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to meet multiple deadlines in"fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and within a"team
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
• Design experience/skills; Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign
• Health care industry experience/knowledge a plus
