  • Translating business objectives into creative strategies and ensuring the quality of creative executions equals that of an external agency.
  • Design of custom marketing campaigns for both print and digital.
  • Implementation of existing Aramark programs across all sites to increase revenue as well as provide a quality customer experience.
  • Planning, coordination and execution of marketing food service events such as supplier partner promotions.
  • Update and manage content of existing marketing materials and coordinate print production when required. Maintenance of website content may be required.
  • Responsible for Aramark content creation to support Scotiabank communication initiatives specific to each site.
  • Execution of market research as well as reviewing and reporting survey analytics for measurement and effectiveness to increase customer loyalty and engagement.
  • Drive innovation with technology providing support and marketing plans for technology initiatives such as digital screens and mobile applications, report and measure impact and increase participation of new and existing programs.
  • Track strategic marketing campaigns and provide measurement and effectiveness reporting.
  • Support 44 King 2 days per week, support the other sites as required 3 days per week.
  • Other marketing duties will be assigned as required.


  • The incumbent requires a university degree or college diploma in Graphic Design, or Media Arts and Communications with some digital media experience.
  •  Minimum of 3 years of related work experience required and hospitality/food service marketing experience is an asset.
  • Advanced working knowledge of motion graphics, web page design and Adobe Creative Suites for print production, layout and digital applications (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite application.
  • Experience with the fundamentals of digital and social media marketing for creating and publishing creative content on multiple platforms.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, presentation, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
  • Ability to work well autonomously with competing demands within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written; French & Spanish is an asset.
  • Available to travel throughout the GTA, minimal travel outside the GTA will also be required.
