**Roles and Responsibilities**


Maintains updated identification, mapping and segmentation of key stakeholders Ensures the inclusion of payer/customer insights in strategic planning processes Development and execution of portfolio Market Access plans for key Innovative products and therapeutic areas, that balance individual brand considerations with longer term portfolio and payer-relationship priorities Leads development of robust, credible value arguments and propositions for Pfizer products Leads external interaction with payer stakeholders in both public and private sector including stakeholder strategy, relationship management and development of innovative partnerships Directs payer and patient research activities to understand stakeholder requirements, for selected products/therapies, and health technology/assessment hurdles in local markets Develops, implements and maintains key measurement systems and KPIs to demonstrate impact of Market Access strategies and programs Establishes strong working relationships across functions, contributing ideas, strategies, team/matrix leadership in an innovative, thought provoking and collegial manner

**Key Deliverables:**

Development and execution of portfolio Market Access plans Development and execution of product Pricing, Access and Reimbursement strategies Development and delivery of dossier submissions Development of Product-specific Payer Value Propositions Development of alternative market access approaches to accelerate formulary inclusions such as National List of Essential Medicines (NLEM), Rheumatic Disease Prior Authorization (RDPA), Oncology Prior Authorization (OCPA), National Immunization Programme (NIP) and increase demand

**Principle Working Relationships**

Pricing, HEOR, Corporate Affairs, Commercial, Medical, Tenders, Regulatory, Finance and Global/Regional Patient and Health Impact (PHI) colleagues

**Essential Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in business-related field or pharmaceutical science
