The MAPP Transaction Service Center (MAPP TSC) in the Pfizer Global Financial Services (GFS) Center will support Asia Pacific region MAPP transactions (My Anti-Corruption Policies and Procedures) associated to FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) and other applicable laws and regulations. The MAPP TSC in Dalian will support 14 countries and areas in Asia Pacific region (including Japan, Korea, Singapore, India etc.)



The MAPP Team Lead position will lead a team of MAPP analysts who are responsible for receiving MAPP transactions from the initiating colleagues through the online workflow system, reviewing transaction details and supporting evidence, following up with commercial colleagues, completing a review of the information against compliance requirements accurately and timely, creating digital contact and agreement, submitting online payment and post-event reconciliations etc. The Team Lead position is responsible for managing the workload distribution, the quality of compliance controls, the timeliness and accuracy of data that is produced by the analyst role, and all transactions managed by the analysts are to the highest compliance standards. The Team Lead role will complete compliance checks for exceptions and certain thresholds and work through any transaction issues or escalations. This role is responsible for communicating compliance risks, exceptions and challenges to the Process Lead and/or MAPP Center Lead. The role will report to the MAPP Center Lead in Dalian.



**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**



+ Receive and assign all transactions coming into the transaction center

+ Detailed review/submission of a sampling of MAPP data/submissions to ensure accuracy

+ Ensure all information by Analysts are properly documented in workflow system

+ Ensure MAPP transactions are in compliance with MAPP policy

+ Ensure team manages all transactions using accurate standard operating procedures and SOX related internal control documentation

+ Responsible for reviewing completed compliance check list of compliance activities from Analysts

+ Direct interactions with business colleagues, healthcare professionals and external organizations

+ Responsible for communicating with internal and external business professionals

+ Work with Legal and Compliance to get approvals for exceptions and suspicious documentation

+ Create and execute healthcare contracts for external healthcare professionals, ensuring fair market value is accurate (per FMV calculator) and the HCP has been qualified (CV review)

+ Raise compliance questions / challenges to Process Lead and Center Lead for direction/ controls

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, TECHNICAL SKILLS**



+ Bachelor Degree or equivalent is required

+ 5+ years of experience with accounting or compliance transactions, preferably in a shared service with strong compliance controls

+ Experience with FCPA transactions preferred

+ Management of multiple client stakeholders

+ Management of a large team

+ Previous experience with pharmaceutical companies is preferred

+ Proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint) required

+ SAP experience preferred

+ Good organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple priorities

+ Proficient written and verbal skills to enable effective communication with all levels of management

+ Strong technical skills in managing transactions within a global system
