!*!The Enterprise Strategic Relationship Management (ESRM) team is a diverse team that drives development, enablement, solution creation, and partner relationship management of our most critical alliances and enterprise partnerships. Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Program Management for ESRM the Manager, Strategic Program Management will partner in strategy development, be responsible for providing executive level presentations, supporting analytics and insights in order to enable successful execution of our enterprise strategic partner programs for Prudential. 

In this role you will communicate frequently with internal business partners, relationship managers and the managing directors for our most critical partnerships. You will work to gather partner-specific data, summarize insights and monitor developments at our partner firms. This role will provide executive exposure to key stakeholders internally and externally; you will work with a variety of subject matter experts and corporate function partners to advance Prudentials partnerships. This is a fun, fast-paced role where each day will be different from the next and will offer diverse challenges for you to solve; you must appreciate variety! With various projects in flight to manage, and multiple incoming work requests, you must be able to prioritize and organize your work for efficiency and impact.   • Providing team support to solve complex business challenges.
  • Leads project management and internal communications across diverse internal senior management connection points.
  • Executing business analyses of defined existing strategic partners by synthesizing complex data and preparing compelling executive-level summaries and presentations
  • Maintain analysis of product and services provided to key clients/partners, partner profiles and engagement strategy defined by ESRM and business management teams.
  • Maintaining intellectual curiosity about our core businesses and keep current on your understanding of each Prudentials businesses, sales/distribution, business relationship management, products and markets.
  • Assist in identifying areas where Prudential can add further value to key clients.
  • Organizes a plan of action in partnership with the senior relationship leaders and various functions.
  • Assists team in business and client commitments and agreed upon actions.

  • Strong project management skills and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to think strategically and synthesis complex information.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to tell the story and develop executive level presentations with guidance.
  • Ability to communicating at all levels across the organization, including senior leaders.

  • Bachelors required; MBA preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in financial service, and/or consulting preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
