This position resides within Prudential Advisors and collaborates with the Salesforce (ClientLink) technology team.

As a Manager, Process Management, you will have an opportunity to play an integral role within the Agile framework as Product Owner for the team responsible for coordinating all project work associated with Lead Management for Prudential Advisors Salesforce instance, ClientLink.  This exciting position will allow you to implement strategic initiatives through cross-functional teams within the organization.

The right candidate for this position will have clearly demonstrated the ability to successfully impact results, partner with various areas and teammates at all levels, strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, resourcefulness and the ability to adapt to change. 

Reports to Director, Leads Management, Prudential Advisors

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Product Owner role for Salesforce (ClientLink) Lead Platform supporting Prudential Advisors

    • Responsible for Prudential Advisors project prioritization process

    • Write business requirements/ICDs
    • Design technical solutions
    • Develop/execute test plans
    • Serve as central point of contact for all new lead-related initiatives

    • Liaison between Prudential Advisors, the Customer Office and Salesforce technology

    • Drive strategic work through the Agile process
    • Write Features/Stories/Acceptance Criteria as part of the development process

    • Manage Salesforce technology team (developers, analysts and testers) and set priorities to ensure proper workflow and delivery of key objectives

    • Make business recommendations to drive projects forward
    • Coordinate technology work (including End-to-End testing) with business partners

    • Facilitate meetings with the technology team and leads team (when applicable)

    • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as necessary

    • Present at Sprint Reviews and Product Increment (PI) Planning meetings

  • Develop and oversee tracking/reporting, metrics and analysis of Prudential Advisor lead programs to measure effectiveness and make recommendations to enhance results of these programs

  • Address compliance risks/issues as applicable with Salesforce projects

  • Partner with internal/external associates to build new leads programs and maintain existing programs, helping ensure the success of over 1 million leads distributed annually

  • Partner with cross-business associates on large scale projects

  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building, problem solving and team building skills

  • Demonstrated ability to drive multi-faceted projects to successful completion with limited oversight

  • Minimum 3 years Salesforce experience, preferably in an Administrative role

  • Minimum 5 years program or project management experience, preferably related to technology

  • Minimum 5 years working in a systems role
  • Ability to interact effectively with all other business areas 

  • Proven leadership skills; ability to influence others
  • Self-starter with a high energy level
  • Organization/time management skills/results orientated
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
