The Enterprise Platforms & Security (EP&S) team delivers the following capabilities for Pfizer. Business application platforms supporting Pfizer's enterprise application and critical business processes. Infrastructure allowing business traffic to travel where it needs to go, internally and externally, along with the appropriate access controls. EP&S secures Pfizer's most important information assets through world class controls and protections and enables Pfizer's business results by making security an enabler and not a roadblock to achieving business results.

The EP&S Process Governance role will design, plan, manage, improve, and direct the execution of the business processes. The role will partner with the Process Leads and other key stakeholders and vendors to manage process operations and ensure audit compliance. A key component of the role will be to drive process transformation in partnership with Digital and EP&S stakeholders.

The desired outcome will be simplified processes with methods in place for continuous analysis of process optimization, and identification of automation opportunities. This role required strong data analytical skills, along with a solid ability to understand and solve complex and unique problems using tried and tested techniques. An innovative mindset will be key to successful process transformation and to help drive identification, quantification, and proposal of process improvements.


+ Provide governance for EP&S business and continuous improvement processes

+ Provide process support to stakeholders including service leads, operations teams, DevOps and SRE teams

+ Manage the vendor supporting process operations

+ Manage Audit process compliance and response

+ Set the strategy and roadmap for process evolution across the Digital organization

+ Lead Process transformation in partnership with process leads by identifying and implementing optimization opportunities resulting in efficient and streamlined processes

+ Identify and implement process automation opportunities to reduce toil

+ Partner with the service management tools group to prioritize improvements, identify funding, and coordinate implementation activities (e.g., requirements, testing, etc.)

+ Design and develop process measures and KPIs/metrics to measure process efficiency and success. This includes the design, develop and presentation of Process Dashboards

+ Manage process documentation and drive process education and awareness

+ Design CMDB data models and integrations, monitor CMDB data quality and remediation and collaborate to implement future integration with uCMDB and Universal Discovery capability


+ Bachelor's Degree

+ Key knowledge of ITIL Framework will be essential to the success of this role. ITIL Foundation or Practitioner Certification preferred.

+ Previous experience managing one or more ITIL processes of ITIL process - Incident, Change, Problem or Configuration

+ Strong data literacy and analytical ability. Must be able to aggregate data from different sources, derive insights and communicate actionable information.

+ Ability to use process improvement and problem-solving techniques (Kaizen, Six Sigma/Lean, Value Stream Mapping etc.)

+ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish relationships, influence outcomes, and deliver effective presentations to a variety of audiences.

+ 5+ years demonstrated ability and experience of Process Management and Improvement in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment with demonstrated capabilities managing processes in global 24x7 environments
