**ROLE SUMMARY**



+ Serve as the Global HEOR lead to support the product and portfolio development, launch and in-line work for the Immunology & Inflammation (I&I) biosimilar assets and originator anti- TNF, etanercept by formulating the HEOR strategy and conduct/oversee evidence generation, including real world data studies to support differentiation.

+ Partner with Commercial Development, Global Medical and other cross-functional teams including Centers of Excellence to provide HEOR input also develop and implement health outcomes research strategies

+ This role directly impacts the ability to achieve business objectives on a global basis

+ he position reports to the PHI I&I Enbrel/Biosimilars Global Integrated Market Access Team Lead



**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**



+ With the support of PHI I&I Leadership represent and manage the HEOR function of the Enbrel Biosimilars Integrated Access team

+ Develop a comprehensive view of product opportunities and threats to inform key asset decisions and prioritize critical evidence requirements

+ evelop and keep updated the launch and post launch deliverables including global value dossiers, evidence blueprints, economic models, and innovative tools to successfully support commercialization and life cycle management

+ Assess, synthesize, and interpret relevant literature and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders

+ Partner with the medical team in the evidence generation activities, development and execution of RWD generation strategies, data dissemination plans and communication via publications and conference presentations

+ Execute and manage research projects with external collaborators/vendors to ensure timely completion and quality of deliverables as well as budget/legal compliance

+ Lead the coordination of input from local country teams on evidence needs and ensure that the input is appropriately incorporated in the evidence strategy

+ Support country teams in implementation of HEOR Strategies

+ Work efficiently and collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment



**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**



+ Minimum Master's degree (MSc, MPH) in health services research, public health, epidemiology, or health economics with a preferred advanced degree in those

+ Minimum 2 years' experience in related fields, as part of health economics and/or outcomes research teams or research projects in academia, pharmaceutical company or payer organization

+ Deep understanding of pharmacoeconomics principles

+ Strong methodological skills (study design, data analysis and interpretation) in clinical trials, epidemiology, or health services research and working knowledge of the technical and methodological aspects of registries and observational study design and implementation

+ Strong project management abilities (contracting, budgeting, vendor management)

+ Ability to work successfully and cooperatively with colleagues across multiple backgrounds, cultures and time-zones

+ Intellectual curiosity and commercial mindset



**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**



+ Demonstrated interest in the field; scientific publications, posters, presentations

+ Experience from the Immunology Inflammation therapeutic area
