The role will analyze large data sets to isolate trend and business opportunities, conduct advanced modeling and build solutions and recommendations to drive performance improvement for Environmental Health and Safety. The Analytics Manager will also be responsible for developing and delivering effective, interactive presentations and reporting solutions for operational/front line leaders and associates. This position is also responsible for identifying opportunities and coordinating projects across EH\u0026S. Being a subject matter expert in advance statistical, econometric and quantitative analytical techniques, the Analytics Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the cohesive collaboration of EH\u0026S across the enterprise. This position will report directly to the Director of EH\u0026S and will also be responsible for setting strategic guidelines and scoping analytical projects for the team. The role ensures a smooth execution of projects and that all key milestones are met. \u003Cbr /\u003E \u003Cstrong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003Cbr /\u003E \u003C/strong\u003EAnalyze the fundamental components of problems and communicate the correct course of action to the team and the resolution to the field.\u003Cbr /\u003E Develop and implement changes that improve overall store operations processes that are likely to add value to the stores\u0027 bottom line. Manage/drive core store operations projects and/or process improvements.\u003Cbr /\u003E Manage day to day processes related to their areas of responsibility. Create and maintain project work plans.\u003Cbr /\u003E Manage issues and roadblocks that arise related to their area of responsibility.\u003Cbr /\u003E Respond proactively to unanticipated store needs arising out of a variety of inputs. Manage action steps necessary for successful execution of both strategic projects/initiatives and process improvement.\u003Cbr /\u003E Communicate effectively and build strong, effective partnerships with the field/stores and throughout The Home Depot.\u003Cbr /\u003E Prepare and deliver high-level insights and recommendations based on multiple analyses of industry/ business, competitive landscape, consumer data for area of expertise.\u003Cbr /\u003E Provide guidance and training specific to area of expertise. Assist in collaborating findings from data and making verbal/written recommendations.
