Managers are also responsible for attracting, retaining and developing top talent focused on assessing market needs and inspiring cross-functional product teams to find the fastest way to achieve value around those needs. The Product Management Manager focuses on guiding and executing the delivery of key features on homedepot.com\u0026rsquo;s proprietary recommendation containers to drive sales, provoke delight, and improve customer satisfaction while building and leading teams of Product Managers who manage in. Within the Recommendations Community, Managers work closely with teams of developers, data scientists, designers and, merchandising business partners.
