The Analytics Technical Lead will be responsible for technical leadership, design and implementation of analytics solutions across our web and mobile digital marketing channels from within the Omnichannel Services team. Working closely with service, platform and strategy owners, some from other teams, the role will own the implementation of primarily Adobe analytics through a standards-based approach to the enablement and operation of the solution.

Building on their technical knowledge of the Adobe Analytics products they will define the standards, practices and processes to enable the product in line with company strategy. The role will also lead in the implementation of custom tagging and reporting, both hands on and overseeing vendors and contractors in completing configurations.

Adobe Analytics and the associated products are offered both as a standard and as a service across all business units and as such the role will be expected to provide technical leadership in the pursuit of achieving full coverage of the standards as well as defining and delivering services for tagging, analytic implementation and insights.

With proven experience in the Adobe suite of analytics and tagging tools the successful candidate will define, manage and implement enterprise analytics and tagging using their knowledge of relevant scripting and debugging tools against a hierarchical enterprise analytics strategy.

**How You Will Achieve It**

+ Implementation of Adobe Analytics products on individual digital assets

+ Creating, managing and maintaining hierarchical analytics implementations

+ Defining standards for implementation of analytics and driving adherence to the standards

+ Technical leadership in all areas associated with Adobe Analytics products on individual digital assets

+ Management and administration of the Adobe Analytics products

+ Hands on implementation of Adobe Analytics products in line with business requirements

+ Oversight of individuals and teams implementing Adobe Analytics

+ Working with strategy and services owners

+ Client facing delivery and troubleshooting of Adobe Analytics products

+ Development and distribution of technical guidance and standards

+ Working with the Adobe Analytics service owner on service performance and evolution

+ Stakeholder management in the provision of services supporting strategic technology and commercial initiatives

+ Continuous measurement and assessment of service metrics and performance and implementation of service improvements

+ Management of service requests including prioritization, tracking and reporting of status

+ Consultancy and information sharing on the suite of services, their benefits and operating model

+ Ensuring project delivery to required time, cost & quality through a core group of preferred vendors

+ Accountable for ensuring compliance with Pfizer standards

+ Responsible for technical vendor relationship management

+ Engaging with technical architects as appropriate to ensure project solutions comply with platform standards.

+ Ensure technology solutions meet the needs of the Marketing business

+ Ensures project and service assurance in line with guidelines\\\\methodology and provides status updates as required

+ Effectively communicates relevant Pfizer Digital related information to key stakeholders

+ Maintain global service offerings including documentation of service, pricing model, vendor support model and promotional material to "sell" the service internally

+ Effectively communicates technical aspects of the job to both technical and non-technical audiences

+ Contribute to roadmap development and innovation in conjunction with the Digital platform teams



+ Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential in a field such as Information Technology or Digital Marketing

+ College-level education required in a related discipline

+ Relevant experience in a related technical or digital marketing role

+ 18-48 months experience in a corporate role showing experience in working in complex and professional organizational constructs

+ Expert in Adobe Analytics products including Launch, Target and all Analytics features/tools

+ Expert in analytics implementation, measurement and debugging

+ Experience managing large, hierarchical standards-based analytics implementations

+ Expert with debugging and analysis tools such as Observepoint


+ Master's degree

+ Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience

+ Experience with agile methodology and continuous delivery approaches

+ Proven relevant progressive experience as an Informational technology professional, preferably in a pharmaceutical industry
