This individual will serve as a Project lead, POC for site, all around Subject Matter Expert (SME) and will own the success of project rollout. This position will provide guidance and leadership related to systems to the site leaders and associates, and any other resources assigned to project.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003EThe qualified candidate must have the ability to operate with minimal supervision and once given general assignments, prioritizes and executes tasks. Provides and communicates recommendations to upper management. Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, able to support and lead multiple projects, possess excellent communication skills, work well with a team, interact with multiple levels and functions within the Supply Chain organization.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EDevelops solutions that leverage the Company\u0027 s volumes, systems and partnerships while providing consistently high levels of customer service in a cost-effective manner.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EIdentifies and prioritizes logistics needs and communicates recommendations to upper management in order to achieve efficient product distribution.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EProvides data and recommendations on product tracking, route analysis, rerouting, costing and usage alternatives.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EAdvises IS and system users in the development and implementation of logistics systems improvements and changes.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EResponds to Requests for Information (RFI) from potential software vendors.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ETests vendor software packages to identify potential shortcomings;
