**Position Purpose**

+ Lead global delivery solutions programs and effectively implement logistics platform solutions supporting Pfizer's logistics delivery processes.

+ Ensure that logistics platform infrastructure leverages available technologies to provide end to end supply chain and spend visibility enabling data driven decision making.

+ Contribute to identifying the most effective technologies and process improvement practices to support global business objectives. Assist business partners by designing new model processes and deploying new systems to support them.

+ Lead project teams across Intercompany Operations (IO), Global Supply Chain (GSC), PGS / ES production sites, commercial markets, Pfizer Digital organization and logistics delivery providers (ILP partners & freight providers). Build strong relationships with these stakeholders to ensure business objectives and customer needs are met or exceeded and satisfying in a cost-effective manner.Ensure projects meet agreed upon milestones and budgetary requirements.

+ Understand strategic and operational use of information and translate into data quality requirements.Responsible for the development and implementation of processes to improve and maintain quality of enterprise logistics delivery data and information.

+ Responsible for providing thought leadership - driving value of what we have & what's being built. Identify the opportunities to extend the capabilities of what's in place and improve them based on current and anticipated business needs.

**Primary Responsibilities**

**End to End IO Network Visibility:**

+ Lead in-transit visibility (ITV) integrations - successfully manage the necessary workstreams to increase the capabilities of the IO Integrated Logistics Platform, and coordinate with internal and external partners

+ Deploy the technical capabilities and business processes necessary to enable operational success, compliance and shipment information (including product level information and shipment milestones) to flow accurately and seamlessly through the Integrated Logistics Platform (ILP)

+ Ensure continuous improvement along with user success and satisfaction working directly with other IO colleagues to drive the future strategy in this space

+ **Project Management** - ensure planning, management, coordination and financial control of assigned projects. Formulate global designs and deployment plans that incorporate local and regional needs while maintaining global standardization. Ensure projects meet agreed-upon milestones and budgetary requirements.Consult with stakeholders to fully understand business requirement, solution design and impact on business processes. Develop and implement solutions based on business requirements in alignment with established strategies, standards and industry best practices.Effectively transition solution to logistics delivery teams and/or other stakeholders as required. Remain SME to the project stakeholders and logistics delivery teams to ensure solution remains aligned with business and technical requirements (ensure smooth design to execution).

+ **Process Governance -** demonstrate thought leadership, drive decision making and influence stakeholders direction for assigned project areas. As necessary, manage global providers and ILP partners to ensure relationships are maintained and internal customers are satisfied.

+ **Change management and communication** - manage and influence differing stakeholder requirements. Ensure maximum buy-in from all stakeholders and lead the formulation of a cohesive vision for assigned projects.

+ **Innovation** - identify leading edge logistics technology solutions, developing business cases as needed to encourage further exploration and potential investment

+ **Resources Managed : This is a people manager role.** Two direct reports based in the IO Hub (Chennai, India). Responsible for budget related to specific projects, service providers and resources - managing them effectively to achieve desired results.

+ **This position is located in Zaventem, Belgium. There is no relocation for this position.**


+ Bachelor's degree in BS/BA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Technical or Business field required- advanced degree preferred.

+ Min. 8 - 10 years relevant operational and/or logistics experience in pharma / OTC/ healthcare / high volume consumer goods industry experience and thorough understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain / operational processes.

+ Proven ability to work in a complex global matrix organization, to lead cross-functional teams, having excellent understanding of relevant business requirements and dynamics as well as establishing networks with key stakeholders.

+ Ability to manage projects effectively - utilizes project management skills to effectively manage and implement the results of initiatives

+ Effective communication skills in English (primarily - other language fluency is a plus), both oral and written with both technical and non-technical clients.Demonstrated collaborative, consultative, problem solving, prioritization and analytical skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities and deadlines while operating in a changing environment and be experienced in organizing workshops and trainings (facilitation skills also required).

+ Demonstrated experience in successfully leading teams - internal and external. Strong familiarity with Pfizer's COVID-19 response.

+ Business Acumen - identifies opportunities to improve systems and processes; adopts a pragmatic approach to achieving defined objectives
