It is their responsibility to ensure excellence by developing and managing the design and development process. To do this the individual must be able to give guidance to a team of writers/designers and be able to effectively collaborate with other internal learning teams, SSC functional groups and third party vendors. This person will be responsible for overseeing the design, production, and implementation of learning deliverables.\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003EWe\u0026rsquo;re looking for someone that can lead the learning team to spearhead educational multimedia production and editing, write knowledge base articles, create videos, conduct live webinars, and improve our training program.
