They will prepare and deliver insights and recommendations based on analyses. Interpret data based on specific knowledge of statistics and procedures used. Synthesize findings and derive conclusions from analyses and make oral/written recommendations to upper management. Additionally, the Manager will prioritize workloads based on business needs, communicate findings \u0026 issues/roadblocks related to their areas of responsibility. They will provide thought leadership and direction for the team based on internal models for issue monitoring and payroll controls. The Manager will lead sustainability efforts, driving accountability for documentation and transparency to further improve understanding of Labor Allocation throughout the organization. Use strategic thinking, networking, and global perspective to see the big picture, determine the problem and understand fundamental parts of the problem. Provide input on strategy based on knowledge of industry and technology trends. Manage/drive core store operations projects and/or process improvements.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EManage day to day processes related to their areas of responsibility. Create and maintain project work plans.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EManage issues and roadblocks that arise related to their area of responsibility.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ERespond proactively to unanticipated store needs arising out of a variety of inputs. Manage action steps necessary for successful execution of both strategic projects/initiatives and process improvement.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ECommunicate effectively and build strong, effective partnerships with the field/stores and throughout The Home Depot.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EPrepare and deliver high-level insights and recommendations based on multiple analyses of industry/ business, competitive landscape, consumer data for area of expertise.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EProvide guidance and training specific to area of expertise.
