The Manager, HR, Enterprise Colleague Comms & Engagement is responsible for developing and implementing effective communications strategies, tactics and tools that drive business results in support of Pfizer's Purpose Blueprint. Working as a member of the Internal Communications Center of Excellence (COE), they will be responsible for building and executing comprehensive and innovative communications plans that create engagement and alignment to company priorities and initiatives. They will consistently communicate simple, authentic and transparent communications ensuring the right information is shared with the right audience at the right time.

Efforts include executive support; change management; cultural, recognition and branding initiatives; program delivery; event management; written, visual and digital communications development and production; and editorial management.


+ Work with Senior Director and Communications Leads in the internal communications organization to provide support in the following areas:

+ Support communications for Enabling Functions, including EF initiatives, ELT led town halls, meetings, talking points for EF ELT members.

+ Provide writing support for leaders across Internal Communications team, including PfizerWorld articles

+ Pivot as needed to lead or support communications efforts support on EF and enterprise special projects; enterprise-wide organizational initiatives; special events; and global all colleague broadcasts.

+ Lend creative perspective and insights to the broader team on projects and communications initiatives.

+ Coordinate with external communications organization to ensure alignment, as appropriate.



+ Bachelor's degree required, preferably in communications, English or related field

+ 5-7 years of experience in a communications role, preferably with demonstrated skills in developing, managing, and delivering metrics-driven communications strategies and plans in a large, complex organization.

+ Exceptional verbal, written and digital communication skills; ability to convey complex information to colleagues.

+ Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing insight-driven, strategic and measurable internal communications programs.

+ Strong point of view about the value of communications, and ability to provide strategic counsel for a variety of communications scenarios and to a variety of internal stakeholders.

+ Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and strategic, analytical and leadership capabilities.

+ Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a part of a geographically diverse team.

+ Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and credibility with key internal stakeholders; influence/negotiation skills and relationship management capabilities a must.

+ Strong MS Word and PowerPoint skills.

+ Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the organization and influence decisions with tact and confidence.

+ Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive information and situations effectively.

+ Superior organizational skills: prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, solving problems, demonstrating flexibility.

+ Demonstrated ability to foster teamwork and collaboration, and to contribute to a positive workplace.

+ Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.


+ Excellent communications professional with proven track-record of success in providing stellar, innovative communications support to organizations.

+ Demonstrated expertise in coaching and partnering with leaders.

+ Experience in healthcare/pharma sector preferred.

+ Strong design and video production skills and creativity.

+ Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sector and health care industry.
