Auto req ID: 249584BR Job Description The Manager MRO is responsible for leading the development, alignment, and implementation of key sourcing strategies and transformational initiatives within the MRO space across all PepsiCo NA businesses. This role will have the opportunity to actively shape and manage tactics that enable the MRO Strategy with strong execution workstreams to support productivity expectations. Key strategic accountabilities will include the following: Collaborate with Supply Chain and Business Leaders to develop, align, and deploy MRO and Service sourcing strategies to deliver operational efficiency and productivity across the F&B supply chain network (e.g. plants, warehouses, DCs, etc.) Collaborate with Business/Functional Leaders to identify, develop, align, and execute Transformational TCO strategies (total cost of ownership) within F&B supply chain networks Identify strategic white space spend opportunities to create new productivity and value. Collaborate with Business/Functional Leaders to develop, align, and deploy transformational plans Support NA capacity growth and expansion strategies by developing and leading transformational sourcing strategies Advance PEP culture, accelerate diverse spend targets and develop talent within the MRO and NA Indirects teams This Manager role provides a unique and entrepreneurial opportunity to collaborate with Senior cross-functional leaders, developing business cases and influencing future category strategy. Collaboration with functional/Business leadership is common and frequent, therefore executive-level communication skills are paramount. This role is dynamic and will be expected to take on new and incremental initiatives over time, as business needs dictate. Locations: Purchase, New York; Chicago, Illinois; Plano, Texas Qualifications/Requirements Bachelors degree required; prefer a concentration in Business, Operations/Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Equipment, Finance, or another related field 5+ years of relevant or transferable experience in a related field, with leadership in the procurement function Ability to influence up and across the organization, and develop teams and people Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate vision and quickly gain alignment with senior management, both internally and externally Excellent skills in analytics, financials, program management, negotiation, influencing, and collaboration Commercial savvy Ability to work within a complex matrix organization Proven ability to develop and influence recommendations, and drive decisions quickly Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Travel 10% #LI-USA Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
