In this capacity, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of global consumer data strategy for PepsiCo. You will be a trusted advisor to Marketing and Insights functions across key markets for PepsiCos portfolio globally - enabling a range of internal and external stakeholders to leverage consumer data as a key catalyst for business and marketing transformation. The role specifically focuses on fusing marketing and media with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data sources for advanced audience segmentation, marketing communication strategies, and business solutions. This person will guide the complex and fragmented data and marketing technology landscape by consulting cross-division teams on use-cases across DMPs, Identity Management Platforms, Customer Data Platforms, CRM, Marketing Automation, Personalization, and Optimization. This is a rare opportunity to influence the agenda and develop processes to unlock the value consumer data access and understanding can deliver towards media ROI, business growth, and, and create differentiation to stay on top. Through expert understanding of applying consumer data view, the person would have a chance to play a pivotal role in improving the effectiveness of millions of dollars digital media investment across divisions. Responsibilities: Leveraging 1P/2P/3P data to create holistic consumer view and helping PepsiCo to build a Global-Local capability across targeting personalization to measurements, and insights. Collaborate with brands, marketing, and agencies to create a vision for how data and technology will be used to empower marketing capabilities such as audience segmentation, precise targeting, and personalization. Accelerate 1st party data acquisition in collaboration with the brand, media, marketing, and shopper teams. Harmonize and drive data collection, storage, tagging, and analysis. Responsible for Consumer Data Architecture and Solutions, ensuring the creation of solution roadmaps, proofs of concept, and overseeing technical aspects of project implementation for data-related projects; participates with Shopper, Marketing, IT, and business leaders to set PepsiCos data strategy and governance Building strong relationships with media, insights & analytics partners / key vendors across audience building, activation, and technology to bring innovations that align with market business initiatives Balances a deep technical knowledge with an ability to clearly communicate complex solutions to non-technical people who have a limited understanding of data management and architecture Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field, Masters preferred. 5-7 years of relevant experience in space of digital or data strategy or media activation. Experience with digital agency/vendor management is desirable; consumer packaged goods experience a strong plus In-depth expertise on the quickly evolving marketing technology landscape, with subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: DMPs, CDP, CRM data management & onboarding via identity graphs or direct onboarding. Knowledge of programmatic 2nd & 3rd party data& media landscape & consumer data matching walled garden platforms like Facebook and Google Comprehensive understanding and application of marketing data and metrics; experience with large scale big data warehouse environments Strong interpersonal and communication skills required with proven ability to turn the complex into the simple, to cut through and focus on what really matters and convey key messages in a visual and compelling way Outstanding time and project management skills, ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously, and ability to work independently Operates effectively in matrix relationships across organizational and geographical boundaries and with multiple constituencies.
