Pfizer has established a chief digital office which will lead the transformation of Pfizer into a digital powerhouse that will generate patient superior patient experiences that will result in better health outcomes.

The Analytic Tools and Platforms team, which is part of Analytics, Informatics and Business Intelligence within the Chief Digital Office is responsible for the development and management of all data and analytic tools and platforms across the enterprise - from manufacturing to global product development and for all Pfizer countries. One of the team's top priorities is the development of an enterprise data lake which will serve as the engine for the company's digital transformation.

The US based Finance, Procurement, Sales Order Management Delivery & Engineering Manager is responsible for all aspects of delivery activities for of all data and analytic platforms/solutions globally. This role is also responsible for delivery management of select key global data and analytic platform/solution programs. The role should inform the strategic direction of analytics and business intelligences by developing roadmaps for our technology stacks.

Reporting to the Director, FIN-PROC-SOM Delivery & Engineering the Manager will be responsible for delivering all analytical and data related solutions to all Finance, Procurement & Commercial (Sales Order Management) business units and key select global data/analytics program across the business.

+ Partner with peers, Sr. Managers & Directors of Analytics and Digital to develop & support an analytic strategy and roadmap for the Global Finance, Procurement & Commercial Sales Order Management business and enterprise level

+ Deep, Cross-functional deep acumen with the BW on HANA platform is essential in this role in order to ensure stability with the existing system.

+ Plan, manage, and execute all analytic plans, solutions and data strategies across the Global Finance, Procurement & Commercial (Sales Order Management) business units and global programs

+ Collaborate with stakeholders globally across all levels of the organization to enable accurate and high-quality analytics at a faster speed. Collaborate with internal and external organizations as needed to put together the data and analytics necessary to drive strategic initiatives, identifying interdependencies with other domains and functions

+ Understands client's operational needs and strategic direction, specifically in relation to Finance, Procurement & Commercial (Sales Order Management) data governance, business intelligence system uses and capabilities, data processes in support of analytics

+ Partner with internal / external partners to design, build and deliver best in class data solutions globally to continuously monitor, curate and improve the quality of our client analytics and insights

+ The Project Management function will be responsible for managing initiatives that are sourced in or delivered by working collaboratively across Pfizer Digital, vendors, as well as other critical functions. The Manager is accountable for on time/on budget/to scope and quality delivery of all initiatives and programs managed by the colleague at a global scale.

**Professional Experience and Educational Requirements**

+ 5+ years of strong multi-discipline experience, with a preference for experience in technology strategy and management, management consulting and engineering.

+ Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree desirable, with preference for advanced degree holders with a focus in strategy Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent project-related experience

+ 5+ years of related work experience as an established strategic thinker anchored in at least one of the team's functional area responsibilities (Finance, Procurement or Sales Order Management) data and analytics with business acumen and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects and outcomes

+ Experience in managing small to medium projects and programs over $250k in budget is a plus

+ Must have strong software development skills, ideally from a hands-on engineering / IT background and ability to leverage this experience to define and deliver projects in an agile environment leading to faster, better and cost-effective outcomes is a key differentiator

+ Must be willing demonstrate cross-functional end-to-end leadership; from strategic thinking and project planning, to solution architecture, development and deployment to resource allocation

+ Expertise in deploying BI solutions using BW on HANA is required. Additional knowledge of Oracle RDMS is a plus.

+ Knowledgeable of cloud-based architectures, cloud analytics products / solutions, and agile methodologies to enable rapid cycles of development and release of analytics and data products / solutions

+ Must be able to learn new cloud based analytics tools and technologies including: AWS, Spark, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Mongo DB, Jira, EPV (Enterprise Password Vault), Hadoop, Java, Python, Talend, Redshfit, Bit Bucket or other cloud computing tools is a

+ This role should be able to translate system requirements into data base and application designs.
