  • CXA Emerging Talent APJC Lead

    Are you passionate about incubating and launching emerging talent in Cisco? The Customer Experience Academy (CXA) partners with the business to craft, build, implement, and run graduate, apprentice, and return-to-work programs.

    We are seeking a CXA leader in the APJC region. In this role, you will lead a hard-working team that drives innovation, operational excellence, and customer success. You enjoy collaborating with business and P&C leaders to develop strategies to improve organizational capabilities to meet evolving business needs. As an integral part of this team, you can expect to:

    • Lead the APJC team responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and leading more than 300 participants per year in multiple programs
    • Partner with business leaders to understand their needs, identify skill gaps, and evolve outstanding talent development programs for several relevant programs within the business.
    • Lead high-impact initiatives in sophisticated, large-scale global businesses.
    • Use your proven ability to translate business needs and requirements into talent development initiatives that enable the realization of strategic objectives.
    • Maintain relations and communications with various partners including Emerging Talent Recruiting, People and Communities (P&C), Staffing, Learning Organizations, and CX Business Partners.
    • Develop and document lessons learned and build onboarding and development project archives.
    • Promote and cultivate a team spirit built on open communication, collaboration, partnership, trust, and integrity. As well as role-model and foster an environment of inclusion and diversity, reinforcing our core values and conscious culture.

    Who You'll Work With

    This person will partner with local Customer Experience leaders and partners, P&C, recruiting, other CX Enablement teams as well as internal learning partners to implement solutions and deliver services aligned with the overall emerging talent strategy.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of related experience preferably in one or more of the following areas: Learning and Development, Sales, Services/CX, or HR.
    • Outstanding communicator with an ability to articulate a clear and compelling vision and lead others to implement it
    • Extraordinary interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop productive working relationships across a wide variety of individuals and groups, both internally and externally
