What You'll Do

As a leader within the Cisco Managed Services (CMS) Customer Engagement Team (CET) you will be accountable for ensuring all customers successfully realize the value of their service and their business outcomes. The position requires building strong working relationships with stakeholders across Cisco's Customer Experience (CX) organization, sales/account teams, partners, and customers. Support of customer escalations when required is essential. As a strong people leader, support, enablement, and professional development of team members is expected.

Who You'll Work With

This is a critical role within CMS managing a team of Services Managers who provide service delivery management to some of Cisco's most strategic customers. The successful candidate will focus on Relationships (external and internal), Value for the Customer, and Revenue (protecting and growing the business). This person will have responsibility for ensuring customer success in their staffs customer base and have a keen focus on driving growth, efficiencies and innovation across the business.

Who You Are

You have prior, relevant management experience in a large technology environment, proven communication skills to engage with C-level executives both internally and externally, and a solid track record of pipeline growth and strategic decision making.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of account management, and 4+ years people management preferred
  • Direct experience with IT Managed Services industry
  • Extensive experience managing internal and customer stakeholder communications, including executive-level escalations
  • Management of business P&L including revenue forecasting and cost management
  • A willingness to travel up to 50% (pending business requirements and safe travel protocols)
