The Agile Enterprise Solutions (AES) team represents the Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) for cloud infrastructure capabilities, providing foundational public and private cloud services to all business lines, globally across Pfizer.AES is a high-performing team, focused on delivering secure, scalable, compliant, operationally viable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.

The Manager, Cloud Product Management role is responsible for managing the customer intake process, planning, prioritizing and accepting the work generated by a team in order to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the product. It is the responsibility of the Manager, Cloud Product Management role to identify user needs, help a customer understand business value, gather feature requests, schedule releases, coordinate delivery in sprints and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.

Responsibilities include:

+ Working with internal and external customers to analyze their needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.

+ Asses value, develop scope and define backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.

+ Ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy and helps make our company vision reality.

+ Solve product related problems, make decisions and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.

+ Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.

+ Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.

+ Manage project funding requests and statement of work generation process.

+ Act as an ambassador for the product and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.

+ Represents team in front of stakeholders, clients or users.

+ Assist in development of self-support resources (documentation, FAQs, training videos/slides) to better streamline customer engagement.

+ Work collaboratively with external parties including cloud suppliers (e.g. AWS) and Pfizer AES strategic suppliers.

+ Commit to ongoing learning and professional development.


+ Candidates must be highly motivated with ability to work both independently andwith cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.

+ Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, with experience utilizing cloud technologies.

+ 5+ years of product ownership experience, cloud-specific experience with Amazon Web Services and working withenterprise systems.

+ Ability to work across multiple concurrent activities and successfully adapt to changing priorities and constraints.

+ Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.

+ Comfortability with Windows, Macintosh, and Linux operating systems.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Experience in creating architectures of existing or future solutions.

+ Ability to use creative thinking and advanced problem-solving skills.

+ Outstanding organizational, time management, communication, presentation and leadership skills.


+ Experience with Agile Software Delivery,Scaled Agile Framework experience and working as a part of an Agile Development (Scrum) Team.

+ Certified SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager desired.

+ Proven expertise in delivering business value working as an Agile coach, scrum master and/or product owner

+ Experience with developing and managing a product roadmap and understanding of a minimum viable product.

+ Experience using tools that support agile development such as JIRA and Confluence.

+ Experience with other cloud service providers like Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform is highly desired.

+ Cloud certifications, particularly in AWS (Foundational, Associate or Professional) are desired.

+ Experience leading cross functional initiatives and working with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify and refine requirements.

+ Track record of training and transformation programs or organizations with sustained agility.

+ Experience with traditional project management skills: managing budget, scheduling, estimating, etc.
