*Position Details *


This role is on the Business Operations team within Cox Business Client Support. This will lead a Sr. Financial Analyst and assist in the creation of business cases focused on supporting the CB Product Development team. Work within the EPM process across the departments in CCI.





*Key Responsibilities: *




*
Lead a financial analyst in development/coaching and performance management



*
Work across the teams to define, assign, monitor and complete project objectives



*
Leads the modeling and development in the creation of complex business cases for large projects specifically related to CB Product Development



*
Partners with Product team to develop assumptions in business cases



*
Align annual capital budget with roadmap plans for product development projects



*
Communicate and create summary of key items during project approvals with executive team.



*
Partners with key stakeholders to identify and communicate business risks and opportunities



*
Work effectively on multiple assignments, activities or projects



*
Recommend opportunities and implement changes to improve processes and reports



*
Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions and evaluation of new opportunities



*
Maintains knowledge of CB revenue recognition and financial reporting guidelines in the support of creation of business cases



*
Initiates post-mortem business case reviews on enterprise projects.



*
Partner/incorporate product launches into the corporate MIRR model, templates and policies



*
Provides additional client support in the integration of forecasting and budgeting as it relates to Business Case affordability







Qualifications: *Required Qualifications: *




*
7 years of experience in a related field (Finance, Accounting, Business) 5+ years of experience required if candidate possesses a related advanced degree.



*
Attention to detail with the ability to understand concepts and translate that into financials



*
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong financial modeling and financial analysis skills.



*
Strong presentation skills. Excellent knowledge and ability to create and present PowerPoint presentations; translate financials into an operational story



*
Self-starter with flexibility and willingness to balance multiple priorities. Experienced in organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating ones own work



*
Strong review skills with attention to detail



*
Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and presentation skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.








*Preferred Qualifications: *




*
BS/BA in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline



*
Experience in telecommunications industry and company P&L



*
Understand of product development process



*
2+ years in management role or leading cross functional projects



*
Strong executive presence, influence others
