The Manager, Business Marketing Technology will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of several marketing and ad technology stack platforms, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Cloud Platform ("GCP"), Adobe Audience Manager ("AAM"), and Tealium tag management system, in partnership with Cox internal partners and external agency partners for Cox Business. This individual will work directly with the media team, defining data requirements, building, monitoring, and reporting on marketing segments, and troubleshooting and resolving issues. This person will produce reports and dashboards sharing performance results and insights to be used by various Cox stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience stitching multiple data sources (1st party, 3rd party data onboarding, DCM, etc) together, building segments for media and website activation. First hand experience with website tagging, tag management systems, cookie and ID-based tracking, and data syndication between martech systems and/or media partners will be invaluable in this position.

Strong communication and analytical thinking skills are required to have the right level of impact and influence.

*Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions: *

* Define data requirements in collaboration with digital, marketing, and external teams

* Manage timelines and milestones for GA4/GCP/AAM implementations and QA

* Function as GA4/GCP/AAM subject matter expert across cross functional teams

* Media tagging implementation and adjustments via tag management system (Tealium)

* Analyze/understand Cox defined segments, customer behavior, and customer journeys to inform audience segmentation strategy

* Work with Cox Business website user experience lead to align marketing technology and media traffic drivers

* Produce reports and dashboards that share insights with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging quantitative and qualitative analysis

* Present business insights and meaningful trends to help Cox improve/optimize segmentation strategy and digital investments

* Function as GA4/GCP/AAM product lead with daily interaction between Coxs digital marketing team and Cox Business B2B external media partners (media agency, Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc)

* Oversee 3rd party data onboarding efforts via LiveRamp, DataLogix, or others

* Responsibile for daily maintenance and set up of segment logic, defining offline to online capabilities with segments, and integration with other martech data stacks

* Manage all first-party data match efforts including list pulls, match rates by media partner and automation of data feeds where available

* Coordinates online data transfers to/from Coxs Enterprise Data Warehouse via data manipulation platforms (Alteryx) for targeting and analysis purposes

* Retargeting logic set up and maintenance across media partners

* Coordinate segment level reporting across media and cox.com demonstrating core segment performance in media and on cox.com

* Executes optimal approach of segmentation and targeting across cox.com, digital media (display, online radio, online video, paid search)

* Understands cross device marketing dynamics, and creates cross device strategy unifying all devices and customer targeting as possible by technology enablers and advancements

* Align all data marketing technology platforms, feeds, and tags to be in compliance with consumer privacy regulations (e.g. CCPA) and changing adtech platforms.

Qualifications: *Minimum*:

* Five or more years work experience required in related field (i.e. Marketing, Technology, Analytics)

* Three or more years experience with data management platforms, 3rd party data onboarding solutions, and first-party data management synchronizations

* Experience setting up/managing new technology stacks that integrate with incumbent toolsets and operations and/or be completely new to the ecosystem

* Experience and familiarity with Multi Touch Attribution, Media Mix Modeling, Tag Management Systems, and Dynamic Creative Toolsets

* Ability to manage multiple agency and media partners

* Experience with website design and user experience flows

* Experience and thorough understanding of online marketing tactics and KPIs (paid search, digital display, remarketing, video pre-roll/broadband tv, paid social media)

* Agency and outside technology vendor management

* Strong sales/marketing relationship building skills required

* Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance

* Track record of driving increased results performance

* Excellent communication and people skills required


* Bachelors degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field
