This individual\u0026nbsp;will lead the team to create actionable data that is readily available to\u0026nbsp;merchandising users to assist them in making quicker, more intelligent business\u0026nbsp;decisions. The Manager, Business Analytics will need to be well versed with\u0026nbsp;reporting techniques and technologies with a keen focus on innovative thinking.\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003EKey day-to-day responsibilites include:\u003Cbr /\u003E- Work with key business groups (Merchants, Store Operations, Inventory Planning\u0026nbsp;\u0026 Replenishment, Supply Chain) to document analytical and business reporting\u0026nbsp;requirements\u003Cbr /\u003E- Develop roadmap for evolving Merchandising Business Intelligence roadmap,\u0026nbsp;prioritizing development of analytical capabilities based on business need\u003Cbr /\u003E- Partner with IT Business Intelligence team to ensure successful development and\u0026nbsp;testing of new capabilities\u003Cbr /\u003E- Drive user training and on-going support\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EMAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003E40% Manage multiple enterprise-item related capital projects by integrating and leading the efforts of a broad range of contributors, ensuring that all necessary project deliverables are complete on time and within budget. Work closely with management to gain approval for initiatives.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E20% Act as the integrator across the range of program contributors including internal groups, vendors, IT and third party software providers by identifying and managing dependencies across disparate workstreams and mitigating overall risk to the program success.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003E20% Design and review practical, realistic project plans and hold project teams accountable for execution and quality of projects. 20% Maintain quality and fiscal control of projects. Provide metrics, measurement, evaluation and reporting as needed in support of capital projects.
